Course Topic: Amulet on the Road to Entrepreneurship: What You Should Know About Intellectual Property

Location: Hualien Startup Base (No. 17, Haian Road, Hualien City)

Course Outline: Assisting entrepreneurs in establishing basic concepts of intellectual property rights, understanding the applicable scope of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, and mastering common intellectual property legal risks in business operations. The course will also explore potential intellectual property infringement issues related to AI-generated content, using case analysis to establish correct legal concepts, reduce infringement risks, and enhance brand asset protection and management capabilities.

-This course is free to participate in, with a limit of 30 physical attendees, prioritizing in-person participation. If physical slots are full, the organizer will notify whether additional online participation slots will be opened based on the instructor's teaching format and course execution status.

-If you do not successfully check in on-site within 10 minutes after the course starts, your registration will be canceled and priority will be given to waitlisted students.

-Participating in the physical course allows for real-time interaction and discussion, providing a deeper learning experience. After the course concludes in the same month, you can apply for proof of course participation hours from the organizer's contact point.
