Course Topic: The Talisman on the Road to Entrepreneurship: What You Should Know About Intellectual Property

Course Outline: Assisting entrepreneurs in establishing basic concepts of intellectual property rights, understanding the applicable scope of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, and mastering common legal risks in intellectual property during business operations. The course will also explore potential intellectual property issues related to AI-generated content, using case analysis to establish correct legal concepts, reduce infringement risks, and enhance brand asset protection and operational capabilities.

-This course is conducted both in-person and online simultaneously. Participants can choose their mode of participation according to their needs. The entire course is free, but in-person slots are limited, so early registration is recommended for those interested.

-If you do not successfully check in on-site within 10 minutes after the course starts, your registration will be canceled, and the spot will be offered to waitlisted participants.

-Participating in the in-person course allows for real-time interaction and discussion, providing a deeper learning experience. You can apply for proof of course hours from the organizer's contact after the course ends in the same month.
