Hualien is blessed with majestic mountains and seas, and it nurtures a strong local vitality in the face of challenges. However, facing market limitations due to its geographical location and the severe challenges of environmental changes in recent years, local teams urgently need more than just one-time financial injections. They require sustainable business models that can withstand external risks, quickly validate market value, and possess digital competitiveness. Therefore, the Hualien County Government Youth Development Center pioneered the "Hualien County Crowdfunding Guidance Program" in 113 to help local teams transform creativity into market-competitive products, helping brands break regional barriers and lay the foundation for long-term development on the crowdfunding stage.
Looking back at the past two years of implementation, this program has successfully guided 8 teams to launch on crowdfunding platforms, amassing nearly 12 million yuan in funding. The proposals span cultural heritage, rural care, environmental conservation, local industry regeneration, and performing arts promotion, proving that Hualien's innovative energy can not only move the public but also transform into substantial economic momentum and social value, allowing Hualien's brand stories to shine on the national stage.
Entering the 115th year, this program will continue its past successful experiences and further deepen, focusing on "brand story transformation" and "precise market validation." It will openly select 3 outstanding teams for comprehensive "brand companionship" guidance, including at least 6 one-on-one expert consultations to assist in the output and adjustment of business models and copywriting strategies. Additionally, this program will provide substantial marketing resources worth 280,000 yuan per case, including precise digital advertising placements and diverse marketing channel promotions, ensuring that selected teams can effectively reach their audience and complete market validation. We hope that through this complete guidance mechanism, Hualien's innovative energy can continue to take root and grow across domains in a changing era.
Program Schedule and Implementation Details
The program execution period is from April 15, 115, to November 30, 115.
The schedule is planned as follows:
1. Application period: From now until the quota of 3 teams is filled.
2. Review process: Adopts a "first-come, first-served" basis, with review meetings held as needed based on the situation of applications. The results will be announced on the "Hualien County Government Youth Development Center" website and Facebook page, and the executing unit will also notify the selected teams via email.
3. Project guidance and crowdfunding platform launch phase: Project guidance is from the official announcement of selection until November 30, 115, and proposals must be launched on any domestic or international crowdfunding platform by October 30, 115. The official launch time will be determined after discussion during the guidance phase.
4. Application qualifications:
■ Individual application: Applicants must be 18 to 45 years old youth registered in Hualien County, with a copy of both sides of the ID card as verification documents.
■ Corporate application: Corporations, companies, or limited partnerships registered in Hualien County or with a registered address in Hualien County, with a copy of registration proof documents as verification.
5. Application process:
■ The entire process is online application. Applicants complete registration by uploading materials to the "115 Hualien Crowdfunding Guidance Program｜Registration System."
■ Once the quota is filled, the executing unit will close the "Hualien County Crowdfunding Guidance Program Proposal System."
