Course Outline: Besides product development and market expansion, entrepreneurship also requires establishing correct legal concepts to reduce operational risks. This course focuses on the legal issues most commonly faced by entrepreneurs, analyzing practical cases to help participants understand common legal responsibilities and risk management methods in business operations. It will explore the principles of preventing and handling workplace bullying and sexual harassment, assisting companies in establishing a legal and friendly workplace environment; explain the important content and signing points of labor contracts to reduce labor disputes risks; and analyze the common contract structures, rights and obligations, and precautions in cooperative projects to avoid disputes arising from unclear contracts. Through sharing legal concepts and practical experience, the course assists entrepreneurs in establishing a risk prevention mindset, enhancing business management capabilities, and ensuring more secure and stable entrepreneurship operations.

-This course is conducted both in-person and online simultaneously, allowing participants to choose their preferred method. The course is entirely free, but in-person participation is limited, so early registration is recommended for those interested.

-If not successfully checked in on-site within 10 minutes after the course starts, the registration will be canceled and offered to waitlisted participants.

-Participating in the in-person course allows for real-time interaction and discussion, providing a deeper learning experience. Participants can apply for a proof of course participation hours from the organizer after the course ends within the month.

-Photos or video recordings and group photos will be taken during the event, which may be publicly shared on social media platforms. If participants have concerns about their image being used, please raise them in advance.
