This course focuses on the legal issues most commonly faced by entrepreneurs, using practical case analysis to help participants understand common legal responsibilities and risk management methods in business operations. It will explore the prevention and handling principles of workplace bullying and sexual harassment, assisting enterprises in creating a legal and friendly workplace environment; explain the important content and key points of labor contracts to reduce the risk of labor disputes; and analyze the common contract structures, rights, obligations, and precautions in cooperative projects to avoid cooperation disputes caused by unclear contracts. Through the sharing of legal concepts and practical experience, it helps entrepreneurs establish risk prevention thinking, enhance business management capabilities, and make entrepreneurship safer and more stable.
