Ruicheng Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2018, specializing in: recycling and reusing various types of waste plastic materials, aiming for continuous recycling and reuse of materials, developing in the direction of "resource regeneration (elimination), raw material manufacturing, and system weaving research and development," to create a system that generates minimal waste, and even achieve the ultimate goal of zero waste; with the hope that resources can be sustainably applied and developed, promoting the company to become a "contributor to the circular economy in Hualien."
