110年花蓮縣地方產業創新研發推動計畫Coffee flash (Liuke Trading), currently specializes in the retail and wholesale of roasted coffee beans, and collaborates regularly with over 10 stores in Hualien, primarily offering estate-grade espresso/hand-brewed coffee at affordable prices for promotion. The store also offers coffee beans for purchase. Owner Ke Xun has served as an international visiting lecturer for Haixing High School faculty and a guest lecturer for the culinary department at Guangfu Vocational High School, and is absolutely particular about coffee quality. At Coffee flash, you can enjoy single-origin coffee with light, medium, or dark roast to satisfy your taste buds. They also offer single-origin chocolate, providing different layers of flavor for a mixed enjoyment.
