As aging, preventive medicine, and ESG sustainability waves sweep the globe
How can local agricultural and tourism industries break free from "primary production limitations"
and rise to "new high-value health business opportunities"?
We have specially invited Taiwan's authority on nutrition and biochemical technology— Honorary Professor Huang Qingzhen from the Department of Biochemical Science and Technology, National Taiwan University
to visit Hualien. Starting from global health trends and modern nutritional perspectives, we will deeply analyze the key value of pure agricultural products in the east.
From mastering the principles of contemporary healthy eating and daily practice, to adding value to the functional components of Hualien's pure crops (organic rice, wild vegetables, special herbs, etc.); and to how friendly farming connects to the ESG sustainable market, healthy eating is no longer just a daily dining table issue but an important opportunity for upgrading eastern industries. This exchange will focus on "healthy eating concepts × high-value agricultural food × scientific research transformation," exploring how local industries can link government, academia, and research resources to create a sustainable and market-valued health industry ecosystem.
