Hualien Innovation Base | First Batch of Team Recruitment Officially Launched
Entrepreneurship doesn't have to be a solo battle.
From the entrepreneurial concept to market validation, let the Hualien Innovation Base accompany you through every critical stage.
The Hualien County Government continues to create a youth-friendly environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, officially launching the first batch of team recruitment for the Hualien Innovation Base. Starting now, we are widely inviting teams with innovative ideas, entrepreneurial enthusiasm, and market development potential to join us in Hualien to practice entrepreneurship, connect resources, and expand the market.
Whether you are in the startup phase, product development, market validation, or brand expansion stage, as long as you have a clear entrepreneurial concept, you are welcome to apply for residency.

Provides 3–12 ping independent offices, co-working spaces, and public facilities to create a stable entrepreneurial base
💻 Virtual Residency
Suitable for remote or storefront operation teams, equally enjoying base resources, empowerment courses, consulting services, and exchange activities

The base plans entrepreneurship empowerment courses, industry exchange activities, entrepreneurial communities, and county visits every year to help teams build networks, enhance management capabilities, and accelerate business growth.
Application Eligibility
Applications can be submitted if the following conditions are met:
✔ At least one team member is 45 years old or younger.
✔ At least one team member is registered in Hualien County.
✔ Innovative teams or enterprises intending to develop or expand bases in Hualien.
✔ Companies, businesses, or factories already established in Hualien County and established for less than 8 years.
