The Junior Chamber International Taiwan Organizes the "64th Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection of the Republic of China"
Purpose
To discover outstanding young people from all levels and fields of society, celebrating their success stories of striving for excellence, recognizing young individuals aged 20 to 40 who have shown outstanding performance at work and contributed to society, serving as role models for modern youth, thereby enhancing Taiwanese society's confidence and trust in young people, encouraging them to bravely undertake social responsibilities, motivating them to strive for progress in personal careers and public service, encouraging active participation in social services, raising more social awareness, and promoting widespread participation in the Ten Outstanding Young Persons selection, collectively establishing a new generation of youth models for society.
Qualifications for Ten Outstanding Young Persons Candidates
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of the Republic of China or of Chinese descent (holding a Republic of China passport).
- Age: Over 20 and under 40 years old. (Date of birth after January 1, Year 75 and before December 31, Year 94 of the Republic of China calendar)
- Gender: No restriction
- Occupation: No restriction, as long as the work has impactful, reformative, or creative achievements on society, the local area, the country, or all humanity.
- Character: Integrity is the greatest treasure in the world; the candidate's character is of utmost importance, hoping that outstanding young people are not only successful in work and career but also exemplary in family and society.

- Sports and Skills
- Culture and Arts
- Public Administration
- Agriculture, Fisheries, and Environmental Protection
- Child, Gender, and Human Rights Care
- Must be an overseas Chinese youth with outstanding performance serving as a model for modern youth.
- Except for nationality and category, the rest of the qualifications are as listed above.
- This special award selects one winner without category distinction, to be honored alongside the aforementioned awards.
Recommendation Method
Openly accepting recommendations from various organizations, local junior chambers, past outstanding individuals, and other social groups, inviting recommendations of candidates who meet the selection criteria, and compiling their outstanding achievements and related information in detail using the recommendation form provided by the association for review.
Recommendation Date
From now until June 30, Year 115, postmarked as proof. (For overseas parts, the postmark of our country is the standard)

Review
The association will handle the review with impartiality and caution.
Judging
The association will invite heads of relevant government units, social dignitaries, and professionals to form a judging committee to vote and decide on the outstanding youth winners for each award (recommenders may not serve as judges).
Award Ceremony
The organizing unit, Junior Chamber International Taiwan, will hold a grand award ceremony at a selected date, presenting certificates of election and Golden Hand trophies.
Recognition
The elected outstanding youth will be introduced and acknowledged to all sectors of society through media (television, newspapers, radio, internet, etc.) by the association, and a special publication will be compiled and sent to junior chambers of commerce worldwide and domestic organizations to introduce the outstanding achievements of the winners.
