1. To enhance the entrepreneurial ability, sustainable management capability, and international competitiveness of our country's youth in the industrial sector, this plan focuses on learning from Germany's successful "Industry 4.0" experience. It is planned to use Frankfurt and Stuttgart in Germany as learning bases, through visits to academic institutions and in-depth study, combined with international benchmark exhibition activities, to strengthen the ability of young entrepreneurs to promote industrial upgrading and respond to international economic and trade changes amidst the wave of digital transformation.
2. The summary of the aforementioned plan is as follows:
(1) Plan Name: I-3-3 Germany 4.0 Reality Adventure.
(2) Theme Category: Startup Teams and Competency Empowerment.
(3) Internship Institutions: Tentatively Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (Fraunhofer IPA), Digital Center (de:hub digital ecosystem).
(4) Number of Internships: 15.
(5) Dream Fulfillment Period: Tentatively from October 4 to October 20, the 115th year, totaling 17 days (including flight days).
