然而,創業之路並不輕鬆。洄遊吧歷經新冠 疫情與多次地震衝擊,挑戰連連,黃紋綺卻始終 以樂觀與行動回應。近年來,她觀察到臺灣已 邁入超高齡社會,便將食魚教育延伸至銀髮族市場。 團隊研發出高蛋白、易吸收的「蒲燒鰹魚」,設計 成常溫即食,方便長輩入口、好吞嚥,也體貼 偏鄉無法常備廚具的生活限制。她更帶著團隊走進 門諾醫院長照中心,與長輩互動:先引導他們回憶 過去吃過的鰹魚料理,再安排簡單的串竹籤活動, 讓長者同時運用腦力與肢體。她期待將這些教案 與教具系統化,成為長照機構可直接應用的教材。
Developing Products and Learning Programs for Seniors
The entrepreneurial journey has been far from easy. Both the COVID-19 pandemic and earthquakes once disrupted the business, yet Gigi has remained optimistic throughout. In recent years, she has extended fish education to the senior market by developing high-protein, easily absorbed bonito products and designing learning programs tailored for older adults. Through these activities, cooking with fish becomes a medium for sparking memories and encouraging social interaction. With the future in mind, she hopes to bring these programs systematically into long-term care institutions.
