如今，稱得上「創業前輩」的黃紋綺，仍積 極 參與地方創生社群，透過每月輪替的「爐主」聚會， 與在地創業者交流、合作，例如洄游吧便和多羅滿 賞鯨合作，規劃賞鯨、近距離了解定置漁場、 享用鮮魚點心的系列活動，讓遊客能將親海活動 「一網打盡」;另一方面，她也在花蓮縣政府青年 發展中心擔任業師，為有需要的團隊，提供創業 諮詢。她強調，青年創業除了對土地的熱情，更 需要建立可持續的「商業模式」，「學習財務、 定價等知識，是讓理想長久落地的必要條件。」
今天的洄遊吧，不僅是食魚教育的典範，更是 花蓮青年創業的燈塔。黃紋綺期許，未來洄遊吧 的營運模式能被複製，與更多地區的生產者攜手 合作，讓一尾魚的價值，從食魚教育延伸到永續 社會的更多可能。
Today, Gigi has become a leading figure in the local revitalization community and serves as a mentor at the Hualien Youth Development Center, where she shares her entrepreneurial journey. She emphasizes that youth entrepreneurship requires more than passion, and that building a sustainable business model is key. “Learning about finance, pricing, and other practical knowledge is essential to turning ideals into reality,” she says.
Today, Fish Bar stands not only as a pioneer in fish education but also as a beacon of youth entrepreneurship in Hualien. Gigi hopes that Fish Bar’s business model can be replicated across more regions, extending the value of every fish toward a truly sustainable society.
