洄遊吧的影響力，也因持續合作而擴大。 洄遊吧積極串聯花蓮縣政府、學校和在地企業，將 洄遊吧打造為校外教學、企業參訪的重要據點。 位於七星潭遊客中心的洄遊吧食魚體驗館，原本 由花蓮縣政府規劃管理，後來以 OT(Operate- Transfer)模式交由洄遊吧經營，許 多 食 農 教 育體驗遊程、親子的歡聲笑語，都在此處發生。 公部門單位會委託洄遊吧辦理食魚教育活動; 縣府在接洽企業的員工採購時，也會主動推薦 洄遊吧的產品，展現公私協力推動食魚教育與 在地產業的成果。
Fish Bar continues to expand its influence through active partnerships with the Hualien County Government, local schools, and businesses, becoming a key destination for educational field trips and corporate visits. The Fish Education Experience Center at the Qixingtan Visitor Center is now operated by Fish Bar under an operate–transfer (OT) model, providing a space where families and students can engage in hands-on experience and education. Fish Bar also collaborates with local whale-watching operators, creating a complete itinerary that links whale-watching, set-net fishing site visits, and fresh fish snack workshops.
