為推動花蓮青年創業、培養青年人才並促進社會發展，提升本府政策之創新性及可行性，強化輔導及 知識建構，以達到創造多元產業發展新機會之目標，縣府成立青年發展諮詢委員會，委員會匯聚來自 縣內大專校院與青創產業的青年代表，會議由縣長徐榛蔚擔任召集人並親自主持，來自各領域的青年 發展諮詢委員於會議上提出針對花蓮地方發展的建言，並與縣府各部門研議討論，讓青年從「被政策 決定的對象」轉為「共同討論與設計政策的參與者」，培育青年熟悉政策運作、提升公共參與素養， 更為花蓮地方發展注入全新動能。
To promote youth entrepreneurship in Hualien, cultivate young talent, and foster social development, the Hualien County Government established the Youth Advisory Committee. The committee enhances the innovation and feasibility of county policies, strengthens guidance and knowledge building, and creates new opportunities for diverse industrial growth.
The committee brings together youth representatives from local universities and startup industries. Chaired and personally convened by County Mayor Hsu Chen-Wei, the committee meetings serve as a platform where youth advisors from various fields offer insights on Hualien’s local development. Together with county departments, they deliberate
and shape solutions, transforming youth from “policy recipients” into “active
participants in policy discussion and design.” This initiative helps youth gain better understanding of policy operations, strengthens civic engagement skills, and injects
fresh momentum into the local development of Hualien. 了解更多
