Enhancing the Value of Bird’s-Nest Fern through Six-Tier Industry Integration
In terms of the primary sector, Houshan Fern supplies fresh bird’s-nest ferns to local restaurants. For the secondary sector, it focuses on product innovation, developing processed goods such as bird’s-nest fern powder. And as for the tertiary sector, it designs agri-tourism experiences and food education workshops, including popular activities like DIY fern pearl making, where visitors can experience the full journey “from farm to table.” The integration and synergy between the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors have created the six-tier industrial value, which combines environmental consciousness and empathy from customers.

林俊雄笑稱,後山蕨起的食農教育課程、農遊 體驗,深受親子喜愛,尤其「山蘇珍珠 DIY」 活動,讓孩子放下手機,專注於手上山蘇,直接 促進家庭互動,「許多家長體驗後,直說『下次 還要再預約』!甚至詢問能否將配方帶回家自己 製作!」遊客因為深入參與體驗遊程,清楚山蘇 的營養價值,紛紛爭相選購號稱「臺版青醬」的 山蘇堅果醬,以及不含殺蟲劑、由純精油製成的 山蘇防蚊液等加工品,可見後山蕨起的產品已被 認定為消費者生活中的安心選擇。
