The Bonavita Café was established in Hualien and has been deeply involved in the food and beverage industry for thirteen years. In recent years, it has focused on "circular living" as its brand core, developing sustainable lunch boxes, natural fragrance sachets, and micro composting modules, promoting local revitalization and circular economy. We combine dining and education to design experiential courses for families, schools, and businesses, making sustainability a daily action. The team also implements the SIIR project and collaborates with local schools, social welfare, and enterprises to continuously transform Hualien's local culture into story-rich products and course experiences.
