Dohau Catering Consultant Co., Ltd. (Dohau Coffee) was established in Hualien in 2018, dedicated to promoting specialty coffee culture and enhancing the competitiveness of the local coffee industry. The person in charge, Wang Jinzhang, is the only instructor in Hualien certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), deeply involved in coffee education and market development, driving the improvement of local coffee quality. The company adheres to the business philosophy of "pursuing existence, pursuing excellence, pursuing precision," not only investing in coffee technology training but also actively collaborating with the community to integrate coffee culture with local revitalization, promoting vocational training and employment counseling for special groups such as the elderly and the visually impaired.
