The traditional restaurant "Lin Ji Fish Balls" was born from Grandpa's fishing and Grandma's home-cooked skills, offering affordable fried noodles, rice noodles, and fish ball soup to solve the dining needs of fishermen.
Now passed down to the third generation of two brothers, facing the gradual decline of the fishing port, the brothers who grew up in the fishing port have also gathered like-minded local youths to contribute to revitalizing Hualien Fishing Port.
In addition to running the restaurant, they also collaborate with schools and organizations to conduct fish-eating education and promote local development.
