We are all Hualien people, who once considered moving north, but chose to stay because of our love for this land. We came together because of a shared passion for camping and the culture of dining and wine, creating a camping-style bistro unique to Hualien amidst the mountains and sea. Our team members are enthusiastic and lively, enjoying bringing the sense of outdoor freedom to the dining table, and infusing the purity, relaxation, and deliciousness of Hualien into our dishes and the aroma of wine. From space arrangement to service interaction, we hope every guest who visits feels the ease, naturalness, and warmth akin to camping. We chose to stay in Hualien because this is our home and the source of our creativity and energy. We want to share the beauty of Hualien with more people.
