Eligibility Criteria (Meeting one of the third or fourth points is sufficient)
(1) At least one team member must be 45 years old or younger. (2) At least one team member must be registered in Hualien County. (3) Innovative companies or teams interested in expanding or developing a presence in Hualien County. (4) Companies, businesses, or factories registered in Hualien County for no more than 8 years.
Types of Residency Applications
(1) Physical Residency: Provides independent office space, public space, and co-working space, and includes empowerment courses and consulting services. (2) Virtual Residency: Provides public space, co-working space, empowerment courses, and consulting services; does not include independent office space.
