The Hualien County Government is committed to supporting youth innovation and entrepreneurship, helping young people to take root in Hualien. From  2024.12/9 to  2025/1/2  we are open for applications for teams to join the "Hualien Innovation Base". We offer a variety of options, including independent office spaces ranging from 3 to 12 pings for physical residency. For teams that do not require physical space, we provide a virtual residency option, offering the same comprehensive resource support to help you achieve your entrepreneurial dreams.

Recruitment is not limited by industry theme. As long as you are registered in Hualien, aged 45 or below, and possess the ability to develop innovative products or services and business ideas, whether you are a team, company, or enterprise, you are welcome to apply enthusiastically and let your entrepreneurial dreams take flight in Hualien!

Guidelines for Resident Teams at the Innovation Base

Application Qualifications (Meeting either point three or four is sufficient)

(1) At least one team member must be aged 45 or below.
(2) At least one team member must be registered in Hualien County.
(3) Innovative enterprises or teams intending to expand or develop in Hualien County.
(4) Companies, firms, or factories registered in Hualien County for no more than 8 years.

 

Application Categories

(1) Physical Residency: Provides independent office space, public space, and co-working space, with access to empowerment courses and consultation services.
(2) Virtual Residency: Provides public space, co-working space, empowerment courses, and consultation services; no independent office space.

 

Recruitment Period

- Receipt period: from 00:00 on December 9, 2024 to 23:59 on January 2, 2025
- Initial review and supplementary documents: from January 3 to January 9, 2025
- Brief review: expected to be between January 10, 2025 and January 17, 2025
- Announcement of the selected list: expected to be announced before January 24, 2025
