To enhance youth public participation, and to widely gather youth initiatives and suggestions concerned with Kaohsiung's local development, eligible youths are welcome to enthusiastically apply for selection.
1. Basis
Handled according to the "Kaohsiung City Government Youth Affairs Committee Establishment Guidelines".
2. Eligibility
Students or social youths meeting one of the following conditions:
- Registered, employed, or studying in Kaohsiung City
- Aged 16 to 40 (born between 1986 and 2010, and must meet the age range by the registration deadline [inclusive])
3. Term of Office
The term of office for committee members is 2 years; if there is a vacancy during the term, it may be filled in order until the original term expires.
4. Selection Method
Three-stage review:
1️⃣ Qualification review
2️⃣ Preliminary review
3️⃣ Re-examination interview
5. Registration Method (must be completed simultaneously)
Dual registration "paper + online", both must be completed to be considered successfully registered.

Paper registration:
Please download the written materials (application form, supporting documents, consent declaration, etc.) from the Kaohsiung City Government Youth Bureau website, fill them out and either deliver in person or send by registered mail to:

Completing both the paper and online registration procedures completes the registration process.
