1. The Economic Daily News Department of the United Daily News Group is organizing the [10th Startup Star Selection Competition], inviting domestic startup companies to register and participate.
2. The purpose of this event is to discover the most promising future stars in Taiwan's industry, accelerate entrepreneurial development, and enhance visibility. It gathers potential outstanding company teams to gain more investment and cooperation opportunities through exchanges and introductions.
3. This year's competition is open to companies established within 7 years, with more than 2 members (without bad records, tax arrears, and criminal records) to register and participate.

5. Registration categories include:
1. Technology and Advanced Manufacturing (focusing on scientific breakthroughs with high technical barriers, such as semiconductors, advanced materials, energy, quantum technology, as well as Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and IoT hardware, etc.)
2. Biotechnology and Medical (new drug development, precision medicine, medical equipment, digital health, and smart healthcare. Care systems, etc.)
3. AI and Software Services (cross-domain AI applications, large language models, SaaS enterprise services, data analysis, and cloud solutions
etc.)
4. Innovative Services and Business Models (focusing on product, service, and business model innovations that are not technology-driven).
6. In view of the active investment by various county and city governments in startup incubation work, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship to revitalize economic momentum, startup companies are invited to register and participate, collaborating with our newspaper to discover the stars of tomorrow.
7. The champion team selected this year will be awarded a trophy and a prize of NT$100,000, and two winning teams will be awarded trophies. The Economic Daily News will provide a free interview with the winning teams and publish a full-page feature report, valued at NT$300,000.
