1. This project recruits youth teams, using Tainan City as the application field, and takes the eight major policy goals of the Executive Yuan's "National Development Plan (Years 114 to 117)" as the theme. Teams are encouraged to propose ideas and put them into action, with a principle of selecting the top 5 proposals for execution, each receiving a maximum action reward of NT$100,000.
2. Participation method and qualifications: To encourage diverse team composition and expand national participation, the team formation conditions for this project are as follows:
(1) Encourage cross-county, cross-disciplinary member cooperation to form teams and participate in the competition.
(2) Each team consists of 2-6 people. Each person is limited to participating in one team and cannot participate repeatedly.
(3) Team members must be aged between 18 and 40 years old (born between April 30, 1986, and April 30, 2008), and at least half of the team members must (unconditionally) be registered (or studying, working, residing) in Tainan City.
(4) April 30, 115 is the registration deadline. If the registration deadline is postponed for any reason, the qualification of being 18 years old is determined by the actual registration deadline date, while the qualification of being 40 years old is determined by the birth date after April 30, 1986.

3. Empowerment briefing of this project:
(1) Time: April 8 (Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (registration starts at 1:30 PM).
(2) Location: Conference Room M217, Innovation and Incubation Center, National University of Tainan.
(3) Participation method: Both online and in-person.

(5) Content: Explanation of submission rules, with an invitation to Wang Huilong, Chairman of the Taiwan Knowledge and Education Culture Association, to help enhance the competitiveness of youth proposals.
4. Please assist in promoting this project:
(1) Announce event information and assist in promoting the project poster, promotional graphics (Line/FB/IG), and lazy pack videos.
