I. To cultivate the ability of young people in image recording and digital content production, our bureau has established the "Zhuqing V-Team Volunteer Team". Through systematic training courses, we nurture a team of young volunteers equipped with image planning and content communication skills. The training content includes short video planning, script writing, mobile shooting techniques, and video editing practices. Through practical exercises, volunteers are guided to document service processes and on-site stories with images, showcasing social impact and thereby enhancing the visibility of public issues.
II. The details are as follows:
(1) Registration period: From now until April 25, 115.
(2) Recruitment targets: Young people aged 15 to 45 who are interested in volunteer service, with priority given to those who meet the above conditions and are registered, residing, studying, or working in Hsinchu County (hereinafter referred to as the county).
(3) Registration method: Online registration. Please fill out the online registration form (https://www.surveycake.com/s/op06O) during the registration period.
III. All units are requested to encourage young people to actively sign up and participate and assist in forwarding this announcement for wider awareness, to jointly promote youth volunteer service work.
IV. Attached is an electronic copy of the "115th Year Hsinchu County Promotion of Youth Participation in Volunteer Service" (Education Category) Zhuqing V-Team Volunteer Team recruitment poster (a paper poster will be sent separately) and a copy of the Zhuqing V-Team Volunteer Team registration brochure and related regulations (available for download in the registration form).
