1. The Hsinchu County Government, in collaboration with businesses and universities, has been creating a youth employment internship platform since 2023. It plans digital innovation enhancement courses, corporate matchmaking, and internship care systems, and conducts result presentations with remarkable success. Many outstanding youths have received opportunities for permanent positions after their internships, creating a win-win situation for corporate recruitment and youth employment. This year (2026) marks the fourth session, with plans to invite more partners from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli enterprises and universities to participate. In response to the talent demands of the AI era and the job-seeking trends of Generation Z, this year's plan introduces two major upgrades: a comprehensive focus on the "project internship" model, mandating at least 45 days of precise practical experience, and for the first time, expanding the recruitment target from university students to "recent graduates within one year," aiming to create a win-win for businesses and youths.
