This project focuses on the two main themes of "Kaohsiung Meinong × Gifu Mino" and "Kaohsiung × Aomori Mutsu". Since the signing of the "Friendly Exchange Agreement" between Meinong District of Kaohsiung City and Mino City of Gifu Prefecture, Japan in 2012, the friendship has been deepened through long-term interactions in crafts and culture such as paper umbrellas and washi paper. At the end of 2024, Kaohsiung City and Aomori Prefecture, Mutsu City will sign the "International Exchange Promotion Memorandum" to establish a formal cooperation platform among the three parties. With a solid foundation of exchange, this project plans to use Mino City in Gifu Prefecture and Mutsu City in Aomori Prefecture as youth learning bases, not only continuing the cultural heritage but also deepening the practice of youth city diplomacy.
2. The summary of the aforementioned plan is as follows:
(1) Project Name: I-4-1 Creation Envoy: Double City Mission.
(2) Theme Category: Youth Local Creation and Community Institutions.
(3) Internship Organizations: QLOKO DE SIGN, General Incorporated Association Shimokita
TOURISM, Mutsu Shimokita Future Creation Council.
(4) Internship Quota: 15 people.
(5) Dream Fulfillment Period: July 25, 115 to August 11, 115, totaling 18 days.
(6) Youth Application Qualifications:
1. Necessary Conditions: Must participate in the entire project itinerary (including pre-departure training, briefing, training camp, and results presentation).
2. Priority Conditions:
(1) Priority admission for those registered, studying, or working in Kaohsiung City for 2/3 of the quota, with 1/3 of the quota open for national youth recruitment.
(2) Japanese proficiency of N2 or above or good Japanese communication skills is preferred.
(3) Possessing professional skills in planning, design, marketing, imaging, etc., is preferred.
3. Registration is open from now until April 1, 115 (Wednesday) at 12 noon.
