1. The SDGs, or "2030 Sustainable Development Goals," were established by the United Nations in 2015 with 17 goals, aiming to achieve global sustainability by 2030. To promote this initiative, a special event is organized. As Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, Taoyuan City, and Miaoli County are neighboring regions, and youth are a crucial force in promoting sustainability, the event is expanded on Youth Day, calling for participation from Hsinchu City, Taoyuan City, and Miaoli County.
2. Our bureau is hosting a series of activities under the theme "Youth Sustainability GO FUTURE," as follows:
(1) Youth on a Mission: From now until March 31, 115 (ROC year), participants who attend any two designated events in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions and present a photo taken at the event will receive a merchandise voucher.
(2) Old-School Vibe - Cross-Generational Golden Hits Festival: To encourage youth to reinterpret classic songs from 1970 to 2000 with diverse musical expressions, showcasing cultural regeneration through innovative adaptations. This guides the new generation to revive the vitality and innovative value of classic songs with their perspectives and creativity, while promoting cross-generational exchange and practicing sustainability ideals.
1. Event time: March 21, 115 (ROC year), Saturday, from 13:30 to 17:30.
2. Event location: 7th floor, Far Eastern Department Store Zhubei Branch, Ancient House (No. 18, Zhuangjing North Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County).
(3) Sustainability Relay - Your Turn +1: In response to the Sustainable Development Goals, from March 29 to April 10, 115 (ROC year), the public is invited to choose any SDGs indicator, complete the corresponding action, take a photo or short video, and upload it to the designated post for a chance to win prizes.
3. Attached is one event poster to encourage young people to actively cultivate SDGs thinking and actions. Please assist in spreading the word.
