I. To enhance the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people and broaden their international perspective, and to deepen the understanding of career development, innovative thinking, and startup practices among young people aged 18 to 30, a program is planned for youth to go to Arizona, USA, to enhance international startup competencies. The program is designed around the three main themes of "Learning—Practice—Connection," allowing young people to observe innovation operations in real-world settings, experience the entrepreneurial process firsthand, interact with international startup communities, thereby establishing networks, accumulating competencies, and applying what they have learned to future careers and local innovation actions.
II. The program summary is as follows:
(1) Program Name: I-3-4 Entrepreneur Task Force.
(2) Theme Category: Startup Teams and Competency Development.
(3) Internship Institutions: University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Plug and Play (Startup Accelerator), Taiwan AI Biomedical Joint Exhibition Center in Arizona, Venture Café Phoenix, Mayo Clinic.
(4) Number of Internships: 15.
(5) Dream Fulfillment Period: August 12 to August 27, year 115, totaling 17 days (including flight days).
(6) Eligibility for Youth Applicants:
1. Young people aged 18-30 with Republic of China nationality.
2. Must participate in the entire program itinerary (including pre-departure training, briefing sessions, intensive training, and results presentation meetings).
