2. Provide non-profit organizations with the necessary youth expertise and collaboration to assist in innovative development.

1. Employers
Non-profit organizations legally registered and established with the purpose of promoting local industry development and social welfare, excluding the following units:
(1) Private colleges and universities and their affiliated units.

V. Workplace Experience Quota
A total of 700 experience quotas are planned for 115 years.

VI. Workplace Experience Related Instructions
1. Experience Period and Working Hours
(1)The tentative experience period is from July 1 to August 14, 115 years, totaling 1.5 months.
(2) Working hours are generally 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours a day); if students need leave for personal or health reasons during the experience period, the employer can coordinate make-up work, which must be completed before the end of the experience. Salary deductions for unpaid leave follow labor leave rules. All working hours must comply with labor standards regulations.
2. Salary
(1) Our agency provides a monthly salary of NT$29,500, with a total of NT$44,250 provided over 1.5 months, disbursed in two installments according to the months. Any changes during the execution period will be announced separately.
(2) For personal leave, the salary calculation formula is: monthly salary minus [daily salary of NT$952 times the number of leave days]; for sick leave, the previous calculation standard is divided by 2. For "incomplete month replacement work" or "incomplete month resignation", the salary is calculated as daily salary of NT$983 times the actual number of working days in the month.
(3) Employers may, based on operational conditions, independently provide higher salary amounts or bonuses based on student work performance.
3. Insurance and Pension
Labor insurance and pension contributions are handled by employers according to law; health insurance supplementary premiums are also handled by employers according to law; additionally, our agency provides student accident insurance.
4. Meals and Transportation
During the experience period, students are responsible for their own meals and transportation. Employers may provide relevant financial assistance or other necessary support based on actual work needs.
5. Pre-employment and On-the-job Training
During the experience period, employers should independently manage pre-employment and on-the-job training related to work. Training periods are considered official working hours, and students should be granted public leave and paid.
6. In case of typhoons or other natural disasters during the experience period, the handling is as follows:
(1) Follow the natural disaster work and class suspension regulations announced by local municipalities and county governments. However, after the issuance of a land typhoon warning, if local municipalities and county governments have not announced work suspension, employers may independently decide whether to ask students to work based on local conditions and report to the project handling unit within 3 days, with the salary for that day paid as usual.
(2) If students are trapped in disaster areas and unable to continue working, salary is calculated until they are freed. Employers in disaster areas who wish to change the plan for disaster relief must report by phone or email to the handling unit and obtain approval from our agency before relaxing the original approved work content.
7. Other workplace experience related instructions are detailed in the attachment.
