To respond to this powerful dream energy and welcome the new year, we are starting the application process for next year (Year 115) ahead of schedule. We invite you to submit a blueprint of your dreams to Year 115 before the new year!

Registration period: From 11/3 (Monday) to 12/31 (Wednesday) at noon.
Since the guidelines and registration documents have been revised, please be sure to download the latest guidelines and read them carefully to avoid missing any critical information.
🎯【Dream Factory Group】Tips to make your proposal more precise!
☑ Internship regulations: The internship must start in Year 115, last at least 14 days (excluding flight time), and not exceed 1 year.
☑ Theme field classification: Please be sure to classify your proposal according to the "15 theme field categories".
☑ Internship proof required: Be sure to provide proof of cooperation agreement from the cooperating unit (such as correspondence documents/emails).
☑ Budget allocation basis: Please refer to the "Dream Factory Group - Budget Review Principles" for budget allocation.
🎯【Overseas Soaring Group】Didn't see your favorite overseas dream opportunity in the first batch of Year 115? No worries! Due to enthusiastic responses from government units and private organizations, the project team needs some time to process. A total of 44 confirmed plans have been listed in the Dream Overview Table for youth reference, and the remaining plans are being expedited and will be announced again on 11/14 (Friday) of Year 114. These belong to the first batch, remember to complete your registration before December 31!
🎯【Dream Support Program】To give young people the opportunity to step onto the stage of their dreams and lower the threshold for youth to go abroad for internships, the "Dream Support Program" is specially launched in the Overseas Soaring Group. Through training and more assistance, we increase the level of support, allowing more youths in need to realize their overseas dreams!
(1) Program name: G-3-2 Startup Accelerator.
(2) Theme category: Startup teams and skill empowerment.
(3) Internship institutions: Larta Institute, Los Angeles Startup Ecosystem Visit Site.
(4) Internship slots: 15 slots, with 2/3 of the slots prioritized for youth from Taoyuan City, and 1/3 open to youth from all counties and cities nationwide (including 1 slot reserved for disadvantaged youth), each receiving a subsidy of NT$320,000.
(5) Dream period: May 1 to May 14, Year 115, totaling 14 days.
(6) Youth application qualifications:
1. Youth aged 18-30 with Republic of China nationality.
2. Language ability: Possess intermediate to advanced English communication skills, able to adapt to an all-English environment (suggested TOEIC 650 or equivalent level).
3. Priority consideration conditions - Entrepreneurial background:
(1) Participated in and won or was shortlisted in campus or social startup/innovation competitions.
(2) Currently a core member of a startup team (must attach company registration or team profile).
(3) Developing innovative products/services and completed Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or market validation.
(4) Have learning or practical experience in STEM, design, business management fields, with knowledge of startup accelerators.
