2023 Hsinchu County Youth Participation in Public Affairs Plan Youth Podcast Program - Stan up! Youth Open Mic
The first part is the "Youth Podcast Program Theme Call for Entries," inviting youths aged 15 to 45 to submit creative proposals, with a total prize of 120,000 NTD; the second part is "Program ON AIR," where selected youths engage in cross-disciplinary dialogues with renowned guests, showcasing diverse perspectives; the third part is "Youth Open Mic Hot 'Writing' Essay Contest," inviting high school and college students to write reflections or action proposals, with a total prize of 50,000 NTD.

Details of the third part "Youth Open Mic Hot 'Writing' Essay Contest" are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Citizens of the Republic of China, nationwide high school and college students, can register individually or as a team of up to three people.
(2) Content: After listening to any episode of this Podcast program, write a reflection or action proposal based on the episode's theme. The work must be original, with at least 2,000 words, and can also combine text and images. (Each episode has a "Celebrity Co-branded Slogan," and writing based on this can earn extra points, up to a maximum of 10 points).
(3) Registration method: "Online" registration, fill out the online form, for details please visit the event website (https://hcyouthpodcast.tw/).
(4) Prizes: 10 groups, each group receives 5,000 NTD, and a special certificate will be awarded.
