2025 Ministry of Culture 1st Top 100 Cultural Bases Selection Reward Guidelines
Objective:
To promote the achievements accumulated over 30 years of community building and integrate resources such as the Historical Site Revitalization and local arts and cultural centers supported by the Ministry's Forward-looking and Black Tide plans, the "Top 100 Cultural Bases" policy is proposed. Through public-private collaboration and the selection of the Top 100 Cultural Bases, we aim to explore the cultural and historical context and unique stories of different regions, develop various cultural themes, and create 100 cultural bases (hereinafter referred to as bases) with historical context and cultural connotation that are co-created and shared by all. This initiative will make Taiwan a place where "every day is a cultural day, and everyone is a cultural person," thereby strengthening Taiwan's cultural identity.
