The Hualien County Health Bureau has set up a men's care hotline (0800-013-999) to provide psychological health support and referral services for men.
To enhance awareness of men's mental health and the accessibility of emotional support resources, the hotline has been established, with professionals offering listening, psychological support, and referral services to assist men in dealing with stress, emotional distress, family conflicts, and other issues, promoting positive communication and mental health.
