Eligibility: Young people aged 16 to 35 who are domiciled, studying, or working in Kaohsiung City, register as a team, with a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 people per team.
Participation method: From now until September 22, 114 (Monday) at 11:59 PM, fill out the online registration form and upload the relevant materials.

Empowerment course: Participating teams must send members to attend the free empowerment course from September 13 to 14, 114.
Competition themes: The competition is based on seven major themes: "Education, Transportation, Work, Living Environment, Family Formation, Child Rearing, and Respect for the Elderly." Registered teams must choose one theme to create a short video within 90 seconds and a topic script.
Competition awards:
1. Gold Award: 1 winner, NT$10,000 and a personal certificate.
2. Silver Award: 1 winner, NT$8,000 and a personal certificate.
3. Bronze Award: 1 winner, NT$6,000 and a personal certificate.
4. Honorable Mention: 7 winners, NT$600 and a personal certificate.
