1. Hiring Agency: Hualien County Government Youth Development Center
2. Job Title: Contract Personnel (Position Substitute)
3. Number of Positions: 1 primary candidate, 2 alternates (the standby period is 5 months starting from the day after selection confirmation).
4. Work Location: Hualien Innovation Base (No. 17, Haian Road, Hualien City).
5. Job Description:
(1) Handle personnel management affairs for the Youth Development Center.
(2) Manage the Youth Innovation Workplace Internship Subsidy Program.
(3) Assist in promoting youth development affairs.
(4) Other temporary assignments.
6. Qualifications:
(1) Graduates with a college degree or above, preferably with more than one year of experience in personnel management or procurement-related fields.
(2) Proficient in personal computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
(3) Preference for candidates with a car or motorcycle driver's license.
(4) Candidates who do not possess or have lost the nationality of the Republic of China, or those who have dual nationality with the Republic of China and a foreign country, are not eligible.
7. Compensation: The remuneration for contract personnel is based on 280 salary points, totaling NT$38,948. Year-end bonuses are handled according to the "Guidelines for Issuing Year-End Work Bonuses (Consolation Money) for Military, Public, and Teaching Personnel."
8. Employment Period: From the actual date of employment until December 31, 2025.
9. Application Period: From now until October 7, 2025 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM. Please deliver in person or send by registered mail to arrive before the deadline. The delivery date or postmark serves as proof. Late submissions will not be accepted. All applications are non-returnable, regardless of acceptance. Interviews may be conducted based on actual needs, and interview times will be notified separately. Interview location: Hualien County Government Civil Affairs Office Meeting Room.

11. Successful candidates must report to the Youth Development Center within the notification period after acceptance. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver.
