Competition Theme: Youth proposals can focus on topics such as dining, youth trends, industrial development, environment, education, culture, transportation, construction, technology, or align with national hope projects and major youth policies.
Eligibility: Teams of youths aged 18 to 40 can participate; each team should consist of 2 to 6 members (each participant is limited to joining one team).
Proposal Submission Period: From now until September 20, 2025, with online registration.

Competition Awards:
Gold Award for 2 Teams: A certificate will be awarded, and each project will receive a subsidy of up to NT$200,000 (with a subsidy cap of 80% of the proposed project budget) for project execution.
Most Popular Award for 1 Team: The team with the highest online votes will receive a certificate and a gift voucher worth NT$10,000.

Selection Process:
Preliminary Review: The selection committee will conduct a written review based on team eligibility, proposal creativity and innovation (30%), feasibility (40%), and expected effectiveness (30%); six teams will be selected for the finals.
Finals: Evaluation will be based on the completeness of the proposal and presentation (15%), creativity and innovation (20%), feasibility and execution capability (20%), expected effectiveness and social impact (20%), and online voting (25%).
Collaboration Mechanism and Professional Guidance: To encourage proposal units to implement public participation, local exchanges, and listen to other voices, finalist teams should incorporate a collaboration mechanism, allowing industry experts to participate in discussions, planning, provide advice, or co-execute; gold award teams in the finals will have lecturers arranged for continued guidance.
