  1. The event is free to attend, limited to 20 people. Anyone interested in the topic can register, with priority given to those who have not participated before.
  2. If registration is not completed within 10 minutes after the event starts, the registration will be canceled and the spot will be given to those on the waiting list.

  4. Photos, videos, and group photos will be taken during the event and may be used on public social media platforms. If you have portrait concerns, please raise them before registration or on-site.
  5. Registration is done via Google Forms. Results will be notified 2-3 days before the event, so please ensure contact information is correct.
  6. If a registered participant is absent without notice or does not notify of cancellation one day before the event, they will be placed on the waiting list for future events.
  7. Registration information must be true and complete. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the qualification if the information is false.
