Course Outline: Starting from a practical perspective, this course helps participants accurately identify market gaps and recalibrate your brand positioning through "persuasive design." We not only teach you how to complete a business plan but also how to use differentiation strategies to gain an edge at the competitive judging table.

- This course is free to participate in, with a physical participation limit of 30 people. Interested individuals can register to attend. If physical registration is full, waitlisted participants will be allowed to join online.

- If not successfully checked in on-site within 10 minutes after the course starts, the registration will be canceled and the spot will be offered to waitlisted participants.

- Participating in the physical course allows for real-time interaction and discussion, providing a deeper learning experience. Participants can apply for proof of course participation hours from the organizer's contact after the course ends in the same month.

- Photos or videos will be taken during the event, and group photos will be shared on public social platforms later. If participants have concerns about their likeness being used, please raise them in advance.
