如今，「達娜分享文化」的努力已廣獲部落 長輩肯定，許多人感動地說「終於有人替地方做 事了」;更有小一輩的孩子纏著周平成問:「哥哥， 要怎麼樣做，才能跟你一樣好?」而在玉里協天 宮導覽時，協助的志工甚至會在行程結束後主動 詢問:「還有下一次導覽嗎?」這些回饋，都成 了周平成持續努力的力量。
他說，生在大山大水、多元文化交織的花蓮， 如何將這份資源轉化為永續動能、創造更多返鄉 可能，一直是重要課題。「我們相信，愈在地， 愈國際。」達娜分享文化從地方出發，以文化 創意串連部落，經營在地特色旅遊品牌，不僅為 玉里、卓溪注入新希望，更證明青年返鄉不只 限於公職或務農，也能透過文化與土地的連結， 開創更多元的未來。
Today, TANA’s efforts have earned heartfelt recognition from both tribe elders and youth. Many were touched and said, “Finally, someone is doing something for our community.” For Lo’oh, the mission is clear: “The more local you are, the more global you become.” Starting from the local community, TANA uses cultural creativity to connect indigenous tribes with tourism brands, bringing new vitality to Yuli and Zhuoxi. The initiative shows that returning home is not limited to public service or farming; young people can also build diverse futures by reconnecting with their culture and the land.
