傳產創新 Innovation in Traditional Industries
2024 年，林一州進一步在激烈競爭中脫穎 而出，獲選農業部第七屆「全國百大青農卓越獎」， 為花蓮爭光。他特別提到，創業過程中，要留心 政府單位提供的多元資源，「能讓自己少走很多 冤枉路!」從跟著縣府參加東京食品展，到參與 青農溝通平臺、青農代表聯繫會，種種資源都為 他的創業路注入強大能量。他身為青年發展諮詢 委員，也希望能將自身經驗回饋給更多花蓮青年， 點燃他們心中的創業火苗。
從一碗麵線的記憶，到一瓶油的傳奇，林一州 證明了熱情與堅持的力量;而他的終極夢想， 是讓苦茶油成為「東方橄欖油」。他期望，未來 苦茶油能如同西方的橄欖油般，成為東方飲食 文化的代表。

In 2024, Lin was honored as one of the 7th National Top 100 Young Farmers by the Ministry of Agriculture, bringing pride to Hualien. He emphasized the importance of staying informed about the many government resources available, saying, “They can really help you avoid unnecessary detours!” As a member of the Youth Advisory Committee, Lin also hopes to share his experience with other young people in Hualien.
From the memory of a bowl of misua to the legacy of a bottle of oil, Lin has proven the power of passion and perseverance. He is devoted to making camellia oil the “Eastern Olive Oil,” envisioning a future where it stands proudly as a symbol of Eastern culinary culture, just as olive oil represents the West.
