當事業步上軌道，林一州沒有停下腳步。為了 獲取穩定良好的苦茶籽來源，他在父母支持下， 買下花蓮卓溪油茶樹園，並開始向原鄉部落契作 收購苦茶籽，實施一級、二級、三級的產業整合。 初級生產(一級契作)交由原民負責，他則專注 在加工(二級)與行銷 (三級)。這麼做的好處， 不僅協助原住民農民解決自銷困境，也為他們 帶來穩定收入，實現互利共好。
As his business gained traction, Lin purchased a camellia plantation in Zhuoxi, Hualien, and began contract farming with indigenous tribes to source camellia seeds. By integrating the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors of production, he not only helped local indigenous farmers overcome the challenges of selling their own harvests but also created stable income opportunities, achieving mutual prosperity and shared growth.
