By integrating the six-tier industrial integration model, Houshan Fern transforms local agricultural products from Kdusan Tribe in Xiulin Township, such as bird’s-nest fern, red quinoa, and tana (Ailanthus prickly ash), into creative dishes and processed goods while promoting agri-food education and cultural innovation tours and experiences.
