每年開放申請進駐，最長可進駐年，提供獨立辦公空間、公共空間及共同工作空間，並享有 培力課程及諮詢輔導服務。
每月租金至,元，依進駐空間坪數計費，降低創業初期辦公空間租賃成本。
Applications open annually, with a maximum stay of up to 3 years. Residents enjoy access to private workspace, public and co-working spaces, empowerment courses, and consulting services.
Monthly rent ranges from NT$900 to NT$2,500, based on space size, helping

規劃資金貸款優惠方案，提供青年實質創業資源，單案最高萬元。 採單一窗口專人協助，可申請「一般貸款」或「青創貸款」，具有創造力與企圖

Preferential financing schemes designed to provide real startup resources for youth. Each case is eligible for up to NT$2 million in funding.
With a single-window application service, applicants may choose “General Loans” or “Youth Entrepreneurship Loans.” Local youth with creativity and ambition, as well as SMEs that meet the criteria, are welcome to apply.
