拓界先鋒 Trailblazing Pioneers
為孩子注入改變力量
為了開拓孩子的國際視野，以及訓練溝通表達 的能力和膽識。每年，木想傢都在華山 1914 文化 創意產業園區舉辦展覽，展現一年一度的成果， 也曾參與巴黎時尚家居設計展、東京設計展、 臺灣文博會，以及花蓮縣政府和《數位時代》 合辦的花蓮創新創業嘉年華等重要展會，「走在 國外街頭，孩子們看到多元的文化、各種創新 設計，世界就不再侷限於玉里小鎮，也會更樂意 提升自己。」
目前，木想傢有六位正職員工，有人是從 玉東國中技藝班開始，就跟著王嘉納學習的學生; 有人則是從玉里外出工作後，為了照顧祖父母而 返鄉的孩子。當初，王嘉納想讓孩子半夜醒來時， 能看到父母就在身邊，沒想到年輕人返鄉後， 反而也成為長者的堅強後盾，「一個經濟穩定的 青年，背後是一個穩定的家庭。木想傢是在為 偏鄉培育未來的父母，有好的父母，就有好的 家庭、好的孩子。」
每棵大樹，都是從小樹苗開始長大。懷抱 社會企業理想的木想傢，正在用木作，為花蓮的 孩子築起一個能讓家安穩、讓夢發芽的烏托邦。

Empowering the Next Generation Through Woodcraft
To broaden children’s global horizons, Wotopia hosts exhibitions every year and participates in international design fairs in cities such as Paris and Tokyo. When the younger ones witness diverse cultures and innovative designs, their world no longer feels confined to Yuli, and they become more eager to grow and improve themselves.
Today, Wotopia has six full-time employees. Some began as Wang’s students, while others returned home to care for their elders. Wang firmly believes that “behind every economically stable young person is a stable family.” For him, Wotopia is not only about cultivating artisans but also nurturing future parents because strong families raise thriving children.
Every great tree starts from a small seedling. Guided by its vision as a social enterprise, Wotopia is using woodcraft to build a utopia in Hualien where homes feel secure and dreams can grow.
