女仕女事還肩負讓更多人認識原民文化的 使命，堅持做到「知學、美學與共學」。因此在 織品之外，設計了苧麻編織體驗課程與遊程， 參與者透過苧麻採收、處理、製線到 DIY 織布的 過程，親自了解「線從何來」;來上課的，有 遠道而來的國際旅客、夫妻檔，也有來自各行 各業的工作者，甚至有人是在東南亞旅行時， 看見當地織物而受到啟發，回國後特意找到女仕 女事學習編織，這樣的參與是技藝的傳承，也是 一場與土地和文化的深度對話。
女仕女事不僅是一個文創工坊，更是一場女性 就業行動、一個部落復振實踐、一段文化傳承 再造。在慢工藝的節奏裡，她們用一根根苧麻、 一針一線，逐步找回被時間遺忘的部落榮光，也 讓部落與婦女不再只是被動者，而是創造者、 共好者、未來的主體。

nu babahi a demak is more than a women’s employment initiative. It is a movement of tribal revitalization and cultural rebirth. Through the patient rhythm of slow craft, the women weave ramie thread by thread, stitch by stitch, to reclaim the pride of their community once forgotten by time, empowering both the tribe and its women to become creators and owners of their future.
